Good to know before you start

Multi-model chat in AI Chat Pro lets you compare AI models side by side. You select two models, write one prompt, and both answer at the same time. The answers appear next to each other, so you see differences in tone, accuracy and length at a glance.

How to compare AI models

Click the model name at the top of the chat, and the AI Models window opens. Selected Models shows your current choice. Add a second model from the list and click Apply. Then send your prompt. The app allows two models in this view, and it tells you when you try to add a third.

Good pairs to compare

Compare a fast model with a strong one to see if the cheaper option is good enough. Put Claude next to GPT for marketing copy, or Gemini next to DeepSeek for analysis. For product descriptions, run the same brief through two models and keep the one that sounds more like your brand.

From comparing to combining

When you need more than two opinions, or one answer built from several, switch on Council Mode. It runs up to five models and writes a consensus. For the full model list, see all models.

What to look for

Read both answers for facts first, then for tone. Does one model invent details your product doesn’t have? Does one follow your length limit better? Which answer would you send to a customer without edits? Small differences in wording often decide whether a text feels like your brand or like a template.

Tips to compare AI models fairly

Use the exact same prompt for both and judge the result, not the speed. Test with your real tasks, such as a product page or an email to a customer, not with trivia. Note which model wins for which kind of job, and keep that list for your team.
