Your problem · Our solution

Small tasks steal your mornings

Copying leads into the CRM, writing the daily report and answering the same messages eat hours every week.

I copy every new lead from chat into the CRM by hand.

Nobody writes the weekly report until someone asks for it.

Automation tools look too technical for my team.

Process

How It Works

A simple three-step process, start to finish.

  1. Describe or pick a template

Write what the agent should do, or start from one of 46 templates.

  2. Set the trigger and steps

Run it on a schedule or on a new message, and add AI steps and actions.

  3. Save and let it run

The agent works in the background, and you can pause it any time.

Why Qyx

In depth

Good to know before you start

AI Agent Builder is the tool to build AI agents in Qyx. An agent is a small workflow: a trigger starts it, AI reads or writes something, and an action sends the result where it belongs. You can describe the agent in plain words and let Qyx build it, or put it together yourself in the Visual Builder.

Two ways to build AI agents

On the start screen you write what the agent should handle, and the assistant creates the workflow for you. In the Visual Builder you start from an empty canvas, and a chat panel next to it can still build or change steps when you ask. Either way, every agent shows up under Agents, where you can pause it or edit it.

Triggers and steps

A trigger is either a schedule, such as weekdays at 9 AM, every hour or the first of the month, or a new channel message. The steps include Ask Agent, which sends a prompt to an AI model, Send Message to a connected channel such as Telegram or WhatsApp, Generate Report, and Path, which splits the flow into branches by condition. Other steps work with Gmail, Social Media Agent, Marketing Bot and External Chatbot.

Templates to start from

There are 46 templates, grouped by area, for example CRM, Gmail, Outlook, Social Media or Reports. Examples: Capture Lead from Message creates a CRM contact from an incoming message, Daily Pipeline Digest sends a sales summary every morning, Lead Qualifier sorts new leads, and Weekly Competitor Watch reports what competitors did.

Tips before you build AI agents

Start with one task you repeat every day and automate only that. Use a template close to it and change the details, instead of building from zero. Let the agent send the result to you first, and switch it to customers only after a week of good runs. For answering website visitors, External Chatbot is the faster route. For blog and social posting, use Blogger Agent or Social Media Agent.
