Sub-processors

This page lists the third-party sub-processors that Ai Data s.r.o. ("Qyx", "we") engages to help provide the Qyx.ai platform (the "Service"). It supports our Privacy Policy and our Data Processing Agreement.
A sub-processor is a third party that may process personal data on our behalf to deliver the Service. We require each sub-processor to provide appropriate data-protection guarantees and to be engaged under terms consistent with the GDPR.
How to stay informed: We keep this page up to date. If you have a signed DPA with us and wish to be notified of changes to this list, contact hi@qyx.ai to subscribe to updates. You may object to a new sub-processor on reasonable data-protection grounds as set out in our DPA.
Hosting and infrastructure

Note on hosting: Data is processed and stored on servers located in the European Union (Frankfurt, Germany). The hosting provider is a US-headquartered company; where any access from outside the EEA occurs, it is covered by Standard Contractual Clauses. Processing and storage of Service data takes place in the EU.
AI model providers
These providers process Input you submit in order to generate Output. Some operate infrastructure outside the EEA; where that is the case, transfers are covered by Standard Contractual Clauses or an adequacy decision.

All analytics and advertising pixels load only after you consent via our cookie banner.

We may update this list as our providers change. Material changes are reflected here with an updated "Last updated" date. Customers with a signed DPA can request advance notice as described above.
