Acceptable Use Policy

This Acceptable Use Policy ("AUP") governs your use of the Qyx.ai platform and services (the "Service") operated by Ai Data s.r.o., IÄŒO 21824541 ("Qyx", "we", "us", "our"). It is part of, and incorporated into, our Terms of Service. Capitalised terms have the meaning given in the Terms.

By using the Service, you agree to this AUP. Breaching it is a breach of the Terms and may lead to suspension or termination.

1. General principle

You may use the Service only for lawful business purposes and in a way that does not harm others, the Service, or us. You are responsible for all Input you submit and all Output you generate, publish, or distribute.

2. Prohibited content and conduct

You must not use the Service to create, upload, generate, or distribute content, or to engage in conduct, that:

Illegal and harmful content

  • is unlawful, or promotes or facilitates illegal activity;
  • sexually exploits or endangers minors, or depicts minors in a sexual or abusive way (we report such material to the authorities);
  • is non-consensual intimate imagery, or sexual content involving real, identifiable people without consent;
  • incites or promotes violence, terrorism, self-harm, or hatred against people based on protected characteristics.

Deception and impersonation

  • impersonates a person or organisation, or misrepresents your identity or affiliation;
  • creates deepfakes or synthetic media of real people intended to deceive, defame, or defraud;
  • generates disinformation, or content designed to interfere with elections or democratic processes;
  • generates spam, phishing, scams, or other fraudulent or deceptive material.

Rights of others

  • infringes intellectual-property rights, trade secrets, or contractual rights;
  • violates the privacy or data-protection rights of others, or processes personal data without a lawful basis;
  • discloses another person's private or identifying information without authority.

Security and integrity

  • introduces malware or malicious code, or attempts to gain unauthorised access to systems or data;
  • probes, scans, or tests the vulnerability of the Service, or circumvents its security, rate limits, or usage controls;
  • interferes with or disrupts the Service or the infrastructure it runs on;
  • scrapes or harvests data from the Service other than as expressly permitted.

Misuse of the platform

  • reverse-engineers, resells, or sublicenses the Service except as permitted by the Terms or by law;
  • uses the Service to build a competing product, or to train a competing AI model;
  • shares your account credentials or exceeds the limits of your plan through automation or evasion;
  • removes or alters attribution, notices, or watermarks where required.

High-risk uses

  • uses Output as a substitute for professional advice (legal, medical, financial) without independent verification by a qualified professional;
  • uses the Service for fully automated decisions that produce legal or similarly significant effects on individuals without appropriate human oversight and safeguards.

3. Responsible use of AI Output

3.1. AI Output can be inaccurate or misleading. You must review and verify Output before relying on, publishing, or distributing it.

3.2. Where required by law or platform rules, you must disclose that content is AI-generated (for example, in advertising or synthetic media).

3.3. You are responsible for ensuring your use of Output complies with applicable laws, including consumer-protection, advertising, IP, and data-protection rules.

4. Third-party platforms

If you use the Service to publish to or automate third-party platforms (for example social networks or messaging services), you must comply with those platforms' terms and policies. We are not responsible for actions taken by those platforms against your accounts.

5. Enforcement

5.1. We may investigate suspected breaches and cooperate with law-enforcement authorities.

5.2. We may remove or restrict access to content, and suspend or terminate accounts, that breach this AUP — with or without notice, depending on severity.

5.3. We may take immediate action, without prior notice, for breaches that pose a risk of serious harm, legal liability, or damage to the Service or others.

6. Reporting abuse

To report content or activity that breaches this AUP, contact us at hi@qyx.ai. Please include enough detail for us to locate and assess the issue.

7. Changes

We may update this AUP from time to time. Changes take effect when posted, with an updated "Last updated" date.
