AI Social Media Suite is the AI social media tool in Qyx for creating, publishing and following up on posts. You connect your accounts once, write posts with AI, schedule them and track how they do. An agent can answer comments and DMs for you.
Platforms in the AI social media tool
You can connect seven platforms, from Facebook and Instagram to TikTok and YouTube Shorts, with several accounts per platform. The dashboard shows every account, the status of each post and a chart of published posts per platform. Generate New Post starts a post, and Campaigns group posts that belong together.
Posts, carousels and video
AI writes the post text, and you can generate images from your own prompt. Carousel posts put several images in a row. You choose a standard post or a story, and Qyx marks the platforms that support stories. For YouTube, you generate a video with AI or upload your own, and Qyx detects whether it fits a standard video or a Short.
Comments, DMs and analytics
The Automation Builder creates comment and DM agents in a visual workflow. On Instagram it replies to comments and runs DM flows for posts and reels. On Facebook it answers comments and continues in Messenger, and on X it handles supported replies. The same agent can answer new YouTube comments. Analytics shows how each post performs on every platform, so you can repeat what works.
