Marketing Bot is the Qyx tool for WhatsApp marketing and Telegram campaigns. You build a campaign, choose who gets it and send it now or on a schedule. When customers reply, AI can answer them, and every conversation lands in one inbox.

Creating a WhatsApp marketing campaign

The Marketing Agent at the top of a new campaign asks you to describe what you want to send and to whom, then writes the copy, picks the audience and sets the schedule. You can also fill in the fields yourself: a title, the message, a custom or AI-generated image and the contact lists or segments. Placeholders such as first_name personalize every message, and Enhance improves your text with AI.

Contacts, segments and Telegram

You keep contacts in lists and build segments from them. For Telegram, you work with groups and subscribers of your bot. WhatsApp connects through the official Meta WhatsApp API or through Twilio, and you add the keys once in Marketing Bot Settings.

AI replies and the inbox

Turn on AI Reply in a campaign, and the bot answers customers who write back. AI Instruction defines the tone, the style and what the bot may talk about. By default, it stays within its training documents. The Inbox shows every conversation, so a person can step in when needed.
